Repair roof of factory conversion in Castle

Job description:Replace missing slates, check attic for damage, and dry out if necessary, fix gutter/brickwork, fix drainpipe.
Will need to erect scaffolding front and rear. Entrance to rear is through house. Will also need long ladder to access attic as ceiling is 14' high.
