Job description:Victorian terraced house with roof apparently replaced approx 15 yrs ago. Water coming in through upstairs bathroom ceiling/wall. Also damp patch on wall in another room which is adjoining the bathroom. Bathroom has pitched, slate roof which cuts into wall of house with metal flashing. We think the leak is around this area. Slates look sound. Ladders would definitely be needed.
