Job description:I need someone to inspect the general state of a roof on a property I am in the process of buying. The state of the roof is such that many tiles are discoloured and in a poor/fair state but no evidence internally of any leakage. The tiles are probably the original 1937 ones from when first built. I need someone to assess the whole roof and give me a quote. if it is worse than just a re-tile i would like to know the worst case scenario regarding price. The house size is a three bed mid terrace.
