Workshop roof. Replace in Old Duston

Job description:Large flat slightly slopping roof on a single story brick workshop needs replacing. The size of the building is about the same as a double garage. The facia boards need replacing and perhaps the guttering only needs re-locating. I think the roof timbers are OK however I might need to listen to your advice on this before a final estimate is agreed. Remove present roof, replace with good quality felt roof with 10 year written warrenty. Remove wast from site.
