Job description:Day nursery building, converted farmhouse and barns, in Bulwell refurbed in 2002 has damp patches and some flaking plaster. We believe that this is due to gaps in the guttering and pipework and possibly the odd displaced tile. You will need long ladders as it is a tall 2 storey building with decent ceiling heights.
