Job description:Description We are purchasing an end terraced 3 bed Victorian house in the Nottingham area and the building survey has indicated that the top 3 courses of brickwork on the chimney are loose. We need this rectified together with a couple ventilation tiles being put into the original slate roof as there are above normal levels of damp in the loft space believed to have resulted from a leak in the lead flashing on the chimney last year (which has been fixed). We need a quote to undertake these works as soon as possible as this may affect the buying price with a view to undertaking the work as soon as we have completed which is likely to be in March. We would also like to obtain a quotation for replacing the wooden fascias as we may wish to do this at the same time as the other work whilst the scaffold is up.
