Integral flat roof in Farmoor

Job description:1980's semi brick house with flat roof, over half garage and porch. It's been badly patched and will need to be completely replaced. I would like it to be at a slight pitch angle if possible. I would also consider proper pitched slate/tile roof if reasonably priced.
