Leaking roof around Velux window in Headington

Job description:We have developed a leak around a Velux window in a tiled apex ground floor extension. Access is restricted but possible without scaffold. Urgent - ASAP. Very flexible timing for visit and carrying out work. Further info: the tiles around the Velux window appear to be unsettled so first the first time in two years since the extension was built we have water coming into the ceiling.
