Job description:I am thinking to buy a property and have received survey report which says: "The flat roof over the property is covered in felt and has cracked in a number of areas and now requires attention. There is also standing water on the roof which greatly increases the risk of damp penetration. Improvements are needed to the roof slope and/or drainage." Please give me a general idea how much would it cost per square meter.It is appr 73m2 roof. Many thanks Lana Bates
