Job description:I am purchasing a property. We've had a survey that highlighted some potential issues with the roofing - such as chimney flashings and tiles. We'd like an inspection and report of the defects on the roof and quotation on the cost of remedying the defects so that we can go back to seller and renegotiate the property price, if there is a significant cost to remedy.
