Walkway at 2nd floor level leaks into my bedroom poss via handrails. Would like to stop! in Jericho and Osney

Job description:There is a walkway (with handrails as it is narrow) that is lead and had tiles on top that were mildewy. I replaced the tiles, think the lead is unaffected but there is water always leaking into the room below (my bedroom) when it rains. I would like a GRP roof and for the walkway to be raised by about 3-4cm, and put on a slope so there is no chance of water sitting. currently the level below the tiles is below the outlets to the roof. A man put felt on it (hopeless, and cost me money) so I am only interested in a grp solution. The handrails for the walkway penetrate through to joists below and they are made of steel. it is a "come and see first" job.
