Job description:I am currently buying a property and my Surveyor has advised that the Garage Roof needs replacing.It currently has a hole in the roof Approx 2-3 foot Diametre which is covered internally with a Plastic Sheet.The Surveyor said it is an Asbestos Slanted Roof, so this would need to be taken into account.
