Repair tiled roof around two separate chimneys as damp is penetrating and affecting to interior coving in front sitting room and kitchen ceiling on the outside walls. Remove weathered mortar on ridge tiles and rebed same tiles with new mortar Repair metal gutter joint seal at two places on house. House is detached ground floor bungalow, Peebles, Scotland. Access to roof on all sides.
