Job description:To modify existing tiled roof on an end-of-terraced 3-bedroom property, by installing 6 air-vent tiles - 3 to the front and 3 to the rear. Easy access to loft space if able to fit from underside of roof. Adequate room for ladders for external access. (I am contactable after 3pm)
