Job description:Current roof: The property is a detached house and the roof concerned is over a habitable single storey extension @ 2.4 metres high, it is about 20 yrs old, not leaking (yet)! It is an L shaped plan approx 27 square metres, waterproofed with built up felt roofing, the longest edge abuts second storey wall, one short edge mates up to our carport, all other edges are UPVC facias with guttering. Refurbishment: 1. To be of warm roof construction to achieve a U-value of 0.18 or better in line with 'Building Regulations 2000' approved document L1B. 2. Waterproofing element to be provided by a single ply product, such as CeFil, Rubberbond, or similar. 3. Replace or restore guttering and facia as required. 4. Remove debris including labour from site.
