Gabel Leak in Efford and Lipson

Job description:The Gabel joining me to the neighbours house (terrace) is leaking through the wall,or up under the line of slates, into the front bedroom. More apparent when windy and rainy. Next door is lower to me and the bottom left roof corner from the front is affected. The work could probably be done from a suitable ladder but i am no expert.
