Job description:I have a 1930's semi-detached 2 storey house in Weston Mill, Plymouth, which has it's original roof. As there is slight water ingress in places I am looking to have the existing (small clay) tiles replaced, and I understand that a slightly larger tile is recommended both for ease of installation and to reduce cost. I have also heard that internal felting is now done as standard. There is a slight step-down from my neighbour's roof-line which may require re-rendering/painting as well as my half of the chimney stack, and I would like a quote for this additional work as well please.
