Job description:Leak through ceiling of upstairs WC. Appears to be from Valley which runs directly above WC and between original building and tenement. May require full lead valley replacement or repair, not sure which yet.Ladders required as high roof and victorian house. Roof on both sides pitched. Main roof re-newed 2004. Tenement roof 20 years. Job may require scaffolding.
