Job description:I think the problem is where the slate kitchen roof meets the wall of the original main house. We have had a damp problem in the walls under this join since we moved in 3 years ago. We were told then that the roof had been fixed and we have since fixed the fascias which were bad, but the problem with damp continues. I'm almost certain that it will need scaffolding. My guess is that the problem is in the flashing but I can't get anywhere near it and I might be wrong
