Job description:I have a second floor flat in plymouth and next door have had some work done on their roof. Since the work has been done I have had water coming in right down to the ground floor. Where my roof joins to next door they have made a step up on the guttering so now the water ontop of my roof is just pooling. So a run away needs to be made plus repair or inspection of damage to rest of roof. I have been up on the roof and am able to provide photos of the problem as it is not the most accessible of places to get to just to have a look.
