Roof conversion currently esists. Poor insulation. Hot in summer, cold in winter. Need solution? in Stoke

Job description:I have a third floor which is a roof conversion. In the summer it is really hot and in winter very cold. I have been advised that the only way to insulat further would be to have Celotex fitted?
