Possible leak into garage workshop in Branksome West

Job description:inside the workshop it has all been plasterboarded and is used as an office. I notice a line of damp across one section of roof. The building is a compton concrete garage type building. We don't have a big budget and just need some advise and maybe some minor work. I think it may just been that it's not draining properly.
