Job description:We would like an estimate for repair work on the property roof ridge tiles are the pointing/cement is crumbling. This will cover the main building, garage and canopy as there has been some leaking in through the canopy over the front bay into the living room which we think is due to loose/crumbling cement. When the houses were built 11 years ago it was well known that the cement/sand mix for the roofing and pointing wasnt right and alot of the houses are now having this roofing repair. It may be that the whole of the ridge tiles may need taking off cleaninng, resetting & repointing. Depending on the cost an estimate would also be welcome to supply and fit new dry verge cappings to all the end tiles on the main house roof, garage and porch canopy.
