Job description:3 storey house approx 30ft to eaves with 3 chimney stacks. Internally there is evidence of water penetration and dampness around the chimney breasts to the top floor. Access is an issue because of the height, so scaffolding may be required. Also general maintenance works to be carried out to roof where required.
