Job description:Maintenance work to conservatory- Rainwater gutter has developed drips with heavy(ier) rain. It is 'hidden' work, so it needs 'a coat of looking at' and a joint decision made as to the best method of attack.I worked as a Building Design and Maintenance Manager, so in a position to discuss with an operative to determine method and approximate costings.I am 77years old, and not inclined to climb, but the job has to be done, to a standard and agreed cost.
