Roof Repair Work in Calverley and Farsley

Job description:I live in a back to back end terrace. The chimney is situated on the end of the wall and there seems to be rainwater entering into the side wall. The chimney seems to be a source of the problem as the flashing around the chimney breast looks as though it could do with being renewed. Also there seems to be water entering the side wall between bottom of chimney breast towards the front of the house which may be due to the end slabs not being bedded properly? The problems resulting in the rainwater getting into the side wall of house are that the inside walls of the house including chimney breast are showing various damp areas. The roof is tiled and the house is two stories high which would mean a large set of ladders would be required to gain access to the roof
