Job description:Just less than 2 years ago we were given a quote for some repairs that were required to the roof.
It suggested:
The ridge tiles needed re-pointing along with the flashings to the chimney.
Some guttering needs re-sealing.
Hopefully no further work is required but the inspection was 2 years ago.
