I think the chimney is leaking into the attic below so there may be damage to the flashing. in Farsley

Job description:Part of the attic wall is damp and I'm having the area replastered. The damp area is diectly underneath the chimney so I suspect the flashing is damaged and would like someone to have a look and repair any damage to prevent the new plaster from crumbling again.
