Flat garage roof is sagging in Pudsey

Job description:The roof is sinking where the water drainage outlet is. This is resulting in water collecting on the garage roof which has led to the roof level dropping and water coming inside the garage. Money is an issue for work to proceed but I am unable to 'best guess' what the cost would be. If a new roof was required I am happy to consider replacements is a cheaper alternative to a flat roof was recommended. Although this is classed as a garage it is not used to house a car . I am nt sure whether the roof can be repaired or a new roof wood be required.
