Job description:The property is a commercial terraced building on Bradford Road in Leeds. One chimney pot is leaning and needs removing but the others on the stack may also need to be removed. (The chimney pots are not in use) There a leak inside the property in bad weather around the chimney area so the flashing may also need attention. There is also a wooden guttering that needs replacing with a plastic one.
