Job description:Re-fix 3 or 4 misplaced tiles and quote to repair felt lining, battens and loft insulation as required. We know that the lining is torn, some of the battens we suspect could be rotten and have had small amount of leaking to the upper floor ceiling, therefore it is possible that insulation will need to be replaced. Budget is for initial repair work only, of course. Property is late '60s semi-detached with normal pitched tile roof.
