Job description:4m x 2m flat roof on dormerneeds renewing as slight leak where it meets angled roof and also over the window. Currently felt and bitumen. Would consider a one-piece rubber roof as a replacement. Note, roof is difficult to access due to proximity to next house and fact that it is a chalet style house. I also need a small amount of re-pointing on the chimney next to the dormer, which would be best done from any scaffolding or platform used to fix the roof.
