Fix leaking chimney in Pangbourne

Job description:when it rains heavily water drips down into our kitchen. It looks like it is coming in from a chimney breast, which is capped off and has recently been resealed at the bottom. I have put a budget of under £100, but it is a bit of a daft question, as I have no idea how much it'll cost or what the problem is. What I would like is for more than one roofer to give matching diagnosis as to date, everybody seems to think it is something different
