Gutters leaking. Severe overflow at one corner in particular. Broken/blocked or a capacity issue?? in Ruscombe

Job description:Gutter leaking at least at 2 points. One overflows severely. Could be blocked, but unlikel as window cleaner has cleared it out in the past and it still overflows. So could be down to volume of water directed down that particular down pipe.
