Job description:We have a period cottage 1780's with a quirky roof. Some slates have dropped and some need replacing. We have 4 chimneys of which at least 2 need work in the form of repointing and flasings looked at. Also we need guttering replace. We'd like someone who is familiar with older buildings and have previusly been told its a 2 day job for 2 guys to nudge slates back in to place and repoint chimneys.
