Leaking in when it rains from roof near old chimney breast just in one bedroom in Smallbridge and Firgrove

Job description:When it rains water comes in from somewhere as can see water line coming down the wall. Had a roofer friend already look at it and carry out a little work already but he really hasn't got to the bottom of it as when it rains the wall is still getting wet. Want someone to look at properly and see what they think it could be and how much it would be to put whatever it is right. With regards to starting the job/timescale - this all depends on what needs doing and how much it will cost. With regard to budget, it doesn't really come into it as what it costs is what it costs and we will need to find the money.
