Job description:An old house, previously thatched but replaced with tiles in 1970s. As a result it now has challet style windows uptairs that protrude from the roof, one of these at the back of the property leaks at the roof edge. These windows have a sloping tiled roof over the window protruberance that blends into the rest of the roof. The barge baords that need replacing line the roof of the single story 19th century extension to the property at the rear, so at head height. Ladders and duck boards would be required for the window repair and replacing missing tiles.
