Job description:We're purchasing a small 3-bed victorian semi. Some slates are broken, some temporary repairs have already been made, with some felt being laid beneath the new sections. The flashing is also failing. The survey has recommended that the whole roof is re-tiled, and re-felted, with the possibility of re-enforcing the trusses.
