Job description:Remove existing 22ft by 21ft fibreglass/ply roof covering, leaving beams in place. Add new 6 to 8 inch beams between existing 4 inch beams in order to strengthen roof (for solar panels) and provide bigger air gap between roof cover and existing ceiling below. Lag between beams, reboard on top, install solar panel A-frame (I'll source that), recover roof in fibreglass (preferrably sub it out to the company who did it before). Also, replace existing wood soffits and facias along one long edge. The flat roof covers the back half of the house, with the front half of the house being a small slate ridge running parallel to flat roof edge.
