Job description:A number of jobs needed on roof of 1916 terrace style house, built with Attic room. 1.Minor roofing issues need checking out and remedial maintainance eg slates, leading, barge boards and gutters 2.Probably also need a new bay top doing in Lead. 3. Would also want to discuss improving the insulation with Kingspan in the rafter spaces (plus ventilation?) and moving the plaster/lathe walls in the attic to enlarge the room
