Guttering maintenance and repainting, 3 bed semi in Broomhill

Job description:External wooden guttering on 1920's semi is peeling on the outside. It needs cleaning out, sealing inside (to address one or two drips) and repainting in black gloss. Waste pipe at rear (cast iron) and external window sills (brick) also need painting in black (3 at the rear of the property). Side window needs repainting in white gloss. One or two small associated jobs to be discussed as part of the quote. Access should be possible by ladders alone. I want someone reliable and who will do a thorough job this spring/summer 07.
