Job description:The house in question is in S4 7DQ, Sheffield. We are in the process of selling but the valuer wont let us sell until the slight bow in the external wall (roof spread) is addressed. The property is an end terrace, circa 1904, converted attic, standard slate roof which is supported by a single truss on either side at head height. The bow appears between the floor of the attic room and the roof line spreading outwards.
