Job description:1. Dormer with pitched slate roof, plastic gutters and plastic side cladding, letting in water during heavy rains - I think flashings are OK which suggests water is running behind the gutter and behind the plastic cladding. (We recently moved to house but looks like the problem has been here for a while). 2. Wooden gutter at front of property holed and dripping onto flat roof of bay window. 3. All gutters need inspection/cleaning.
