Job description:getting wet damp patch in the main bedroom. it's more noticeable when it rains, you can see the wet patch in the corner of the room. It's a semi detached house and I belive my neighbour is also is having the same issue in the corner of their bedroom. I need someone to have at look at this and quote for a repair.
