Job description:The fascia surrounding our uPVC dormer window in the attic is in need of repair - we have not had any leaks (it just looks scruffy) and wish to maintain before problems occur. We would like to smarten up with uPVC white cladding. The flat roof on the dormer was completely replaced about 13 years ago - we believe it to be in decent state of repair but would like it to be checked/resealed/will consider replacement. We live in a terrace so scaffolding will be required. We also have a flat roof at the back of the house which was also replaced 13 years ago and is in a decent state of repair - we would like this roof resealing/will consider replacement at the same time (this will not require scaffolding). We would expect a guarantee with the work. Thank-you.
