General repair to main roof; replace flat roof. in Laughton

Job description:This is an old stone house, with several separate phases of construction. The roof is in general need of tlc and repair. I hope that an entire replacement is not necessary, but would take guidance. The roof is constructed of red tiles, which are in poor state over the lower part of the roof. Other parts look like the tiles may need replacing also. Pointing to the roof tiles in gullies and else where is also poor. On some parts of the roof the lower course of tiles are of large stone which need re-pointing. An awkward join between two phases of construction exists to one part of the roof. This may well need special attention to achieve a satisfactory job. There is currently levels of cement point to ensure the tiles stay in place. I would consider replacement of rainwater goods where necessary, including re-painting/replacement of associated woodwork. Woodwork to gabble-end needs repair. Removal of 1 chimney, and probably re-pointing of 3 others. Near flat roof (pitch around 15 deg) on lean-to extension needs replacing entirely with some appropriate solution to match the rest of the house. We have been in the house for 4 years now, and the maintenance regime needs to be turned to the roof!
