Job description:1. there is a brown patch on our bay window ceiling - may be a hole in the leadwork above it which needs repairing. If not leadwork, solution needs to be found; 2. we have damp in our garage so it looks like we have a hole in our felt garage roof which needs repairing; 3. we have two dripping gutters. Husband been up - joins just come apart so need reattaching 4. cracked tile on side of roof which needs replacing we have just been let down by a roofer who should have come out last week or tody at the latest but he has just advised he won't come out until next week. Assume it is because he now has snow damage work. I would like someone to come out today if possible to at least repair the bay window as I am heavily pregnant with twins and due to give birth shortly and we cannot get our bedroom ready for the babies until the problem with the bay is sorted. I also don't want to bring them home to damp conditions. thank you
