Replace guttering plus replace fascias of dorma window in Walkley

Job description:Guttering- replace back guttering of small terrace house- currently wooden, replace with PVC - though happy to hear opinion on other materials. Dorma attic window. For this I suspect scaffolding is required as very high- but not sure what possible with just ladder. It is a dorma window fitted in 60s/70s and fascia wood is pretty rotten around the sides and at at the top. WIth regard to replacement fascias a low maintenance option would be preferred- suggestions on material welcome. I would liek to take the opportunity to add insulation behind it as well wher possible. The dorma window has a flat tar roof which has not shown signs of leaking but I would like someone to look at this either while the scaffolding is up if not from the window beforehand to decide whether worth doing at the same time depending on cost of everything.
