Job description:We are buying a house in Burnham (SL1) and our surveyor has flagged that the flashing need to be looked at. We would like somebody to: a) have a look at the flashings and give us their opinion about how serious the work is and b) quote for the work that would need doing once we are in the property (we are hoping to complete at the end of this month) Also, there is a flat roof above the garage that we would also like an opinion on. Ideally, if you are around this Saturday morning, that would be great, else possible to arrange to suit you.
