Job description:Rainwater is falling inside chimney and causing staining on ground floor chimney breast appears to be problem with chimney pot (don't have one) and flaunching. Have working gas fire at ground floor. Flashing has failed on joint between 2 storey outrigger and main roof rainwater penetrating inside. Leading failed on ground floor bay window.
